City Council Meeting


Culver City Council votes 5-0 to support "significant" historic cultural status for the Culver City Ice Arena.


A major victory for historic preservation of our community treasures.

Tai Babilonia

Culver Ice Foundation's board is pleased and honored to announce the election of our new Chairwoman Tai Babilonia, businesswoman, entertainer and community philanthropist.


With partner Randy Gardner, Babilonia is the 1979 World champion and a five-time (1976–1980) U.S. national champion. The pair qualified for the 1976 and 1980 Winter Olympics. Babilonia began her career skating at the historic Culver City Ice Arena.


Culver Ice Foundation (CIF) recently formed through an existing 501 c 3, Culver City and California nonprofit, recently announced a new program to raise significant funds towards a “nonprofit ice rink business model” to help save and operate the historic Culver City Ice rink. | Read More



Youth Scholarships

Through a youth scholarship program, CIF will expand the instructional program to children from low-income families as well as at-risk children by providing funds for basic instruction and equipment.
